Don Teague, CEO & Founder

Don Teague, an authority leader and industry visionary for digital commerce, is CEO and Founder for MORE International, a leading eCommerce consulting firm for the digital content and eCommerce markets. Teague is responsible for the over-all vision and growth of MORE International. In addition, Teague is instrumental in managing all partner relations and driving revenue and business solutions for its clients through MORE’s suite of consulting services and revenue applications.

Prior to founding MORE International, Teague held the position of Executive Vice President of Marketing & Sales and was co-founder for PaymentOne, a leading end-to-end Payment Service Provider. While at PaymentOne, Teague was responsible for the overall corporate marketing and brand strategies, as well as client development. Under Teague’s leadership, PaymentOne’s PhoneBill solution has become the number one payment platform of choice by leading Internet Service and Content Provider clients. He was also instrumental in building the framework for PaymentOne’s single source e-payment solution model.

Previously, Teague co-founded and held the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing for UptimeOne, an eCommerce Application Service Provider (ASP). He was responsible for growing the companies revenues by securing major clients such as Hewlett-Packard, 3Com and National Semiconductor, among other Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, Teague was instrumental in helping UptimeOne raise the required Venture Capital to develop their eCommerce platform.

Teague brings over 15 years of strategic business development, partner relations, marketing & sales experience holding the position of VP Marketing & Sales & Business Development with various other companies in his career.

Teague attended San Jose State studying Business & Human Performance. Teague was also a professional football player, he signed with the San Francisco 49ers of the NFL and the Glasgow Lions of the WFL. Teague speaks at various industry leading conferences on strategic revenue driving topics for digital content, entertainment, and billing & payments industry.


Jacob Bailly, VP Technology

Jacob Bailly holds the position of VP Technology for MORE International and is responsible for all technical strategy, architecture and implementation for hardware, software and network systems utilized by MORE. Bailly also advises and assists with all technical issues, and helps clients analyze, prioritize and implement internal and external technical projects.

Prior to MORE, Bailly held numerous positions for Covad Communications Company. While at Covad, Bailly directed the technical aspects of the UP SmallBiz Support project, with responsibility for strategic planning, systems and process design and analysis and implementation of a wide range of new systems. Bailly also held the position of Engineering Manager and was responsible for managing a team of software support engineers and acting as a technical and business liaison between software development organizations and Covad’s internal and external customers.

Previously, Bailly was Chief Operating Officer and VP Technology for Better Breathing, Inc., an e-commerce company in the healthy living industry. Bailly was responsible for business strategy and planning, and restructured the company’s hardware and software systems for its e-commerce site. Bailly was also directly responsible for all software development, database administration, network administration and systems management required for maintaining Better Breathing’s network and e-commerce systems.

Bailly has held a variety of other software engineering, systems administration and technical leadership positions in the past for companies such as Gilligan Enterprises, Gazoontite.com, H.E. Microwave, Allied Signal Aerospace, the United States Geological Survey and other software and engineering firms.

Bailly graduated from the University of Arizona with a Master of Science in Computer Science, and from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Engineering. Bailly has professional affiliations with numerous engineering and technology organizations.


Corinne Andrews, V.P. Client Services

Corinne Andrews brings over 15 years of project and program management, business analysis, and process engineering to MORE International. As the VP of Client Services, Andrews is responsible for all client assessments, implementations, project management and best practices. Andrews has over 30 years of extensive experience in the Telecommunications industry.

Prior to MORE, Andrews held the position of Sr. Project Manager for Pacific Bell, where she was instrumental in managing a multi-disciplined project through the development and deployment of one of the first Digital Wireless TV offering in Los Angeles and Orange County.

While working at Covad Communications, Inc, Andrews developed and managed the execution of the plan for rolling out the first nationwide DSL network and service offering. The plan included market readiness, operations readiness and network readiness--resulting in DSL service availability in ten metropolitan service areas in less than 6 months. Andrews also worked for Pacific Bell, and was responsible for analyzing and re-designed the operational processes for the delivery of Pacific Bell "flagship" product which resulted in 35% cost savings to the business, reduced cycle time to enable same day delivery of service to customers, and reduced the number of hand-offs in the process by 50%.

Andrews has held various positions in the past managing the execution of M&A deals, including full company acquisitions, asset purchases. She also established a process management model and methodology for the development and maintenance of business processes for multiple start-up companies.

Andrews graduated from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior and a Graduate Certification in Telecommunications Management at Golden Gate University. Andrews is a member of the Project Management Institute.
